LIGHTSABER NAILS

Ésta semana ha habido una interminable maratón de Star Wars en el cable, y después de ver casi dos veces cada película se me ocurrió hacer un nail art "con mucha fuerza" :) escoge tu lado de la fuerza y únete a mi!

This week there has been an unfinishable Star Wars marathon on tv, and after watching every movie almost twice I thought about doing a nail art with "a lot of force" :) choose your side of the forcce and join me!

Empecé pintando mis uñas con una pintura negra con brillantina para darle un efecto "espacial". Si no tienes una así aplica brillantina a tus uñas cuando aún estén frescas o utiliza una esponja para pintar lo negro así Galaxias

I started by painting my nails with a black polish with glitter to make them look "spacey". If you don't have this kind of polish apply some glitter to the black paint or sponge paint them like this Galaxies

Luego, pinta una línea recta a lo largo de tus uñas con pintura blanca.

Then, paint a white straight line on your nails.

Pinta la uña índice gris y luego haz los detalles del mango del sable láser.

Paint your index nail grey and paint the light saber handle details.

Luego, pinta las otras tres uñas verdes como el sable de Luke Skywalker.

Then, paint the other three nails green like Luke Skywalker's saber.

Dibuja el símbolo de la alianza rebelde en tu dedo pulgar. Rellenalo con blanco y luego píntalo rojo.

Draw the rebels alliance symbol on your thumb. Fill it with white and then paint it red.

¡Y aquí está la mano rebelde!

And here's the rebel hand!

Luego repite los mismos pasos en la otra mano pero pinta el sable de color rojo, como el de Darth Vader.

Then repeat the same steps on the other hand but paint it red, just like Darth Vader's saber.

En el pulgar dibuja un círculo blanco y píntalo así para hacer el símbolo del imperio.

On your thumb paint a white circle and the paint it like this to make the Empire symbol.

¡Y aquí está la mano imperial!

And here's the imperial hand!

SUNSET PALMS

¡Y continuamos con los nail art veraniegos! Esta vez con una vista al atardecer y las palmeras de la playa :)

And we continue with the summer nail art! This time with a breathtaking look at the sunset and the palms at the beach :)

Empieza pintando tus uñas con dos capas blancas como base.

Start by painting your nails with two coats of white.

Luego, toma una esponja y pintala con los colores del atardecer. Yo escogí amarillo, naranja y rosa.

Then, take a sponge and paint it with sunset colors. I chose yellow, orange and pink.

Pinta todas tus uñas con la esponja y espera a que sequen.

Paint all your nails with the sponge and wait for them to dry.

Luego, con un pincel delgado pinta las palmeras con pintura negra.

Then, with a narrow brush, paint the palms with black polish.

Pintalas en todas tus uñas y ¡listo! :))

Paint the on all your nails and it's all set! :)

BEACH NAILS

Y despueeeeeeeeés de una larga pausa ¡volvemos! No los había dejado en el olvido, no, no, pero no me había alcanzado el tiempo para en serio dedicarme y hacerles un buen tutorial :)

And after a loooooong time, we're back! I hadn't forgot about you, no no, but I hadn't had the time to really commit to a good tutorial :)

Ahora estamos en la temporada del verano y ¿qué mejor que unas uñas veraniegas y de playa? :)

Now we're are officially in the summer so, what could be better than summery beachy nails? :)

Primero, pinta tus uñas con una capa base color blanco.

First, paints your nails with a white base coat.

Luego, toma una esponja y pinta tres franjas: celeste para el mar, blanco para la espuma y café claro para la arena.

Then, take a sponge and paint three stipes: light blue for the ocean, white for the foam and light brown for the sand.

Pinta todas tus uñas de la misma manera y espera a que sequen bien.

Paint all your nails the same way and wait for them to dry.

Luego, pinta algunos detalles, como nubes, cangrejitos y estrellitas de mar

Then, paint some details like clouds, crabs and sea stars

Aplica un poco de brillo y ¡listo! :)

Apply some clear top coat and it's all set! :)
